Fixing the Mudguards

This was I believe from the first Mk3 to be IVAed, put together by a garage

This approach requires no welding, a tube is held on with a grub screw to the wing stay and the tube is glued to the mudguard using either Tiger Seal or Puraflex 40 PU Sealant & Adhesive

Internal Panels

Issues have been found fitting some of these, the one on top of the tunnel (too wide at the front and too tight at the rear end), the covering of the tunnel by the drivers feet was too small on at least a couple of kits and had to be remade

Wiring Tray

A wiring tray will be required, it will probably look something like this with cut outs enabling the wiring to be feed in

Side panels

Major cutting is required to get the side panels to fit, here are examples of a good job

I didn't do such a good job but I am going to trim them more for IVA
