Regreasing ball joints
If the ball joint covers are split replacements can be bought on eBay (cheaper) but original ones are generally a better fit. The joint should be covered in grease before fitting the cover
Fitting Poly Bushes
All of the bushes went is easily with the supplied grease using a vice expect https://ncmiata-servicemanual.com/src/g5w02/html/id021300800600.html the one in F as it kept twisting when pushed in when using a vice and press. I then found this link https://www.powerflex.co.uk/fitting-guides which showed it is supposed to twist. I pushed it in with a vice as far as it goes then managed to get a couple of bit of metal between the arm and the vice to push it in the last
Fitting Gaz Suspension
Each of the coilovers uses two spacers for the top mounting, make sure you use a big and small spacer on each corner. The lugs should be 31mm but can spring to 32mm when welded. The spacers on my kit are 32mm when I use a small & big spacer. So it works ok on one corner on my kit but not the other three. MEV are supplying smaller spacer to address this issue.

Setting up the Gaz suspension and Wheel Alignment
The wheels will need aligning, this can be done at a local tyre centre if they have a Hunter laser system or equivalent. It might be better to go to a MX5 race car preparation place specialist who will be able to set them up for track or fast road rather than the original MX5 setup.
This can also be done manually with string.
A race car preparation place would probably be able to set the corner weighting up for you. Prior to going the settings below were found to be spot on for corner weighting
